How much does Bookings Connected cost?

Bookings Connected has free user accounts available for event planners. For venues and other event suppliers, there is a low £35 fee for a fully-featured listing, or options to pay for a event promotion, premium profiles, and other premium marketing packages. A general user profile will always be free. See more on the Join Us page.

Where does Bookings Connected operate?

We are based in the United Kingdom and are currently focusing on the UK. Certain marketing channels are only ready for the UK market, so ultimately our offerings are better suited for UK-based event suppliers.

However, we do have plans to expand one day, and you may find that being listed on the site is beneficial to you, even if you’re located elsewhere. You are welcome to add your listing regardless of your worldwide location.

If your listing is in English or French we will be able to verify it for you easily. Other languages would be more difficult for us to process, and we may find ourselves needing to reject your listing and refund your payment.

How do I edit the information on my Bookings Connected listing?

To edit the information on your Bookings Connected listing, go to the login page and sign in with your login email, and the password you created. Here you will see a list of all your listings. You can then add more photos and videos to enhance your profile, or edit the information on display.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, go to the login page and click on “Forgot password?” beside the “Sign In” button. Then fill in your login email address and a password reset link will be sent to you.

I want to change my login email. How do I do this?

To change your login email, use the contact page to let us know and we’ll change it manually.

If the person who has created your listing has left the business, you could instead create a new account and re-claim the listing under the new email address.

Once I have signed up, where will enquiries go?

Enquiries will go to you directly. You will not have to log in to your Bookings Connected profile to see your enquiries from event planners. Please ensure the email address you use is one that always gets checked by your sales team.
